Emaze Forums is completely web-based, incredibly powerful, easily expandable, and fully customizable. Forums makes it incredibly easy to set up a discussion forum with anything from minimal functionality to the most advanced functionality ever seen in a discussion forum. It can be completely installed via FTP, so the you not even need direct access to your server.
